A nice twist to the traditional buttercream frosting. With a light taste of honey it’s great with just about any kind of cake!

Servings: Frosts (about) 10-12 cupcakes

Ingredients:
1 stick Unsalted Butter OR 6oz Cream Cheese, at room temperature
4 tbsp Honey
2 cups Powdered Sugar
1 tbsp Heavy Cream or Buttermilk

1. Cream together the butter or cream cheese and honey until smooth.
2. Slowly add the powdered sugar and combine, then beat in the cream or buttermilk.
