Looking back at my past posts, I sigh, shake my head and feel deep, deep shame. I used to use a point-and-shoot camera, I shot at night under florescent lighting, and some really delicious dishes came out looking absolutely terrible. SO I’ve decided to slowly start remaking and shooting these embarrassments and the first one is this breakfast casserole!
